Premium Subscription Terms
Effective from 27 October 2026. They form part of the Terms of Service.
1. What Premium includes
Premium unlocks additional features of the FodPlan app, as described on the purchase screen and in the app store. The scope of free and paid features is visible before you buy.
2. Plans, prices and trial period
The plans available are monthly, 3-month and annual. The price, currency, billing period and taxes are shown on the purchase screen and in the store where you buy; the price in force at the time of purchase is the price you will pay for that period. A new user can take advantage of a 14-day free trial, once per store account. When it ends, the charge for the plan you chose will be taken automatically, unless you cancel your subscription beforehand. Before the trial starts you will see its end date and the amount of the first charge. If you have notifications turned on in the app, we will remind you that the trial is ending 2 days before it ends (at 10:00). Without notifications you will not get a reminder, but you can check the end date in your subscription settings in the store.
3. Payment and automatic renewal
Payment is handled by the app store (Apple App Store or Google Play) from which you buy, and is charged to your store account. The subscription renews automatically for another period of the same length, at the price in force in the store, unless you cancel it before the end of the current period: with Apple at least 24 hours before it ends, and with Google Play before it ends, in accordance with the store's rules. If the price changes, the store will notify you and, where its rules or the law require it, ask for your consent; without your consent the subscription will lapse.
4. How to cancel
iPhone: Settings → [Your name] → Subscriptions → FodPlan → Cancel Subscription. Android: Google Play → Profile → Payments & subscriptions → Subscriptions → FodPlan → Cancel subscription. Removing the app from your phone, or deleting data in the app (More → Delete my data), does not cancel your subscription. After cancelling, you keep using Premium until the end of the period you have paid for. Cancelling during the trial period ends it without a charge.
5. Restoring purchases
After you change phones or reinstall the app, you can restore Premium in the app: More → Subscription → Restore purchases, using the same store account on which the purchase was made. Premium works on all your devices with the same system (iOS or Android) when you sign in to the same store account. A subscription bought in Apple's store does not transfer to Android, and vice versa.
6. Withdrawal from the contract and refunds
6.1. If you are a consumer, you may withdraw from the Premium contract within 14 days of concluding it, without giving a reason. To withdraw, write to contact@adamit3d.com (give the date of purchase and your store account) or use the refund function in your store (Apple: reportaproblem.apple.com; Google Play: Order history → Request a refund). It is enough to send your statement before the deadline expires.
6.2. If you want to use Premium before the 14 days have passed, you agree that the service starts immediately, and you acknowledge that if you withdraw you will pay for your use so far in proportion to the time the service was provided. During the free trial period you pay no charge.
6.3. Payments and refunds are carried out by the store under its own rules, which do not limit your statutory rights. If the store refuses a refund to which you are entitled by law, write to us and we will look into the matter.
7. Changes and complaints
Changes to the scope of Premium are described in section 8.3 of the Terms of Service. Complaints about the operation of Premium: contact@adamit3d.com, with a reply within 14 days. If Premium does not conform to the contract, you have the consumer rights provided by law, including to have it brought into conformity, to a price reduction or to terminate the contract.
8. Data related to a purchase
The details of how data related to a purchase is processed (including by RevenueCat, Inc.) are described in the Privacy Policy, section 5.
